At Punggol Secondary School, the Red Cross Youth CCA programme is dedicated to empowering cadets and nurturing them into proactive change-makers supporting the RCY mission. The unwavering dedication and hard work of our cadets and teachers have earned us the prestigious Gold Excellent Unit Award in 2021, 2022, and 2023.
